1. General Terms & Scope of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of all services on the 8kok platform. The 8kok.app website and mobile application are operated by 8kok Ltd. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

8kok is a licensed international gaming company operating under the authorization of an international gaming authority. We are committed to responsible gaming and fair play.

Although these Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali, the English version shall have full legal force. In the event of any discrepancy between the Bengali and English versions, the English version will prevail.

2. Account Registration & Verification

• Passport-size photograph (recent)

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

The following rules apply to deposits at 8kok:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• The maximum single deposit amount is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select Cryptocurrencies.
• Deposits made under a third party's name are strictly prohibited. All deposits must be made in your own name.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly.
• Any delays caused by network issues will be resolved within 24 hours.

8kok does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, payment providers (such as bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside 8kok's control.

4. Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following 8kok rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Average processing time for verified accounts is 3–15 minutes.

Reasons a withdrawal may be declined:

• KYC verification incomplete
• Bonus wagering requirement not met
• Detection of suspicious activity
• An active dispute on the account

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

8kok offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may only be applicable to specific games.
• Fraudulent Use: If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• A bonus may be claimed once: Each bonus offer may not be claimed more than once per person, address, device, or payment method.

6. Sports Betting Rules

• Bet Acceptance: 8kok reserves the right to change odds until a bet is finalized.
• Match cancellation: If a match is cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.

• Maximum Win Limit: Maximum winnings on a single bet are capped at ৳50,00,000.
• Suspicious Bets: If unusual betting patterns are detected, payment may be delayed pending investigation.

Special Conditions for Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in in-play betting. If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the bet will be accepted at the new odds — you will be prompted to confirm in this situation.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games at 8kok are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The rules for each game can be found within the game itself.

• RNG Certification: A certified Random Number Generator is used across all slots and table games.
• Game malfunction: If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, bets for that round will be refunded.
• Maximum bet limit: Each game has a maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface.
• Jackpot Rules: Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time, and any win is verified within 72 hours.

Evolution Gaming's own rules apply to Live Casino games. The live dealer's decision is final.

• Any attempt at bonus fraud or system hacking will result in immediate action.
• In cases where money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Account Closure by You: You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance.

11. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute or issue with 8kok, please follow the steps below:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
